Who and what ages does the Junior and Youth programme cater for?

This has been set up for local Franklin kids, from Bombay, to Mercer, to Drury, to Awhitu. Talent Centre age group starts with training for 9/12yos and teams start at 10th grade goes up to 17th grade.

The Youth teams will play for Franklin United in the highest NRF competition possible.

Can you be part of the Junior and Youth programme but still play for your club?

There are opportunities for players who just want to be exposed to the talent centre development, but also play with their friends at their local club (not for Franklin United).

How much does it cost?

The programme fees are in line with all other Auckland footballing talent programmes.

Is there trials?

The main trials are held in February each year, we welcome players to trial during year, please email us to ask training session details.

What if we can’t afford to put our child through the Junior and Youth programme?

There are limited funding opportunities available and players can be selected with a reference from your local club and completing a process with Franklin United. This is to help players that may not be able to afford the fees. Payment plans are available but must be arranged prior to starting.
